Well, it is not because i have soo many friends here in Geneva...
just all of them are organizing everything on the same day!!!
So, that's why I can not decide where to go, what to skip...But that is never good...
On Saturday I had 3 party invitations...and of course I wanted to attend all...
At the end, I just went to 2...
1. African wedding :)
A friend of mine from Kongo has a friend form Angola, and it was his wedding.
We were invited only the party after the wedding.
It was nice... our host told us not to be late...the invitation said the party starts at 6...so it means everything will be 2 hours late, so join them at 8...
(That's the african way)
Our host were late as well...so it was ok, when we arrived there at 9:30 or later...
(First we checked the camerunian party. but it has not started yet, the hall room was empty, or just a few old ppl were sitting...)
When we entered the wedding party, all eyes were landed at Peter...the huge white...
well, yes...it was interesting...he was scared, that he run out of the room... :)
:))))
Everything was self -serviced, the food was mainly fish...all type and different ways to cooked...
It was good.
oh, yes, there were lots of kids in the party too...oooh...they are soo soo cute...
I need one too!!!! ;)
Really!
The couple:

The girls:
The wedding party was ended at around midnight, so we were headed to the camerunian party.
By the time we arrived there, the party had been already started.. NOT
Actually, we arrived, ate there - almost the same fish, and banana, and some cakes -
It was actually organized by the camerunian student organization, to celebrate the end of this school year, or sth like this.
Then when the music started, only a few people were dancing, so - obviously - we joined to them! :)
We were dancing till 3... or so... :))
Walter&Wendy
The fridge was not working=WARM BEER ONLY :S
But Nice Saturday night! :)

Jet d'Eau
ööö
Well, I read my previous post...
let me know if you don't get the point...
Maybe I left out some important links...
sorry, i am a bit tired... :)))

Thoughts...
WEll, things with my flatmates are getting better and better...ok, just be optimistic...
I hope so :)
Now I had dinner together with Heba, the egytpian girl... Well..yes, she is crazy...but interesting :)
I really liked talking to her :)
I was telling a story about my borther...then she interupted..what is his sign?
oh, so it is understandable...
Than she told me a story about one of her cousin... she is Aquarius, but this with such an emphasis... than she stopped...
ok..so that's her sign..but what's the story???
I couldn't decide, if it's bad or not...so i hesitated...how to react..oh..really???
with a surprise on my face...
Than she continued... :)
But after this start...we really had a great discussion about cultural differences...
She will move back to Kairo, and she has to live together with her family, untill mer marriege...If she didn't do that, that would be a huge huge scandal...
For us, after the university, it is really bad, if u still live together with your parents...you should start your own, independent life...
I've heard that the Egyptian guys are very polite, and treating you like their sister...
She agreed...but then...
Egyptians are not that gentleman, but they are faithful!!! So polygamy is absolutely not their characteristic...
And she is even more naive than me! :)
I like that in Geneva, that there are so many nationalities, really ppl from all over the world..yes, I know, I am repeating myself, but it is so great!!! :)
For example last time, we were 9 of us, all of us from a different country...and we were talking about prejudice... :)
Lichtenstein.. what comes to your mind about Lichtenstein?
Or:
Ireland,
Russia,
Australia,
Italy,
Pakistan,
US,
Canada...
:)
I hope so :)

Going out in Geneva
I always wanted to write about the nightlife in GEneva...ok "nightlife"...
Well...somehow it seems that such a thing doesn't exist..or atl east not in a hungarian way..
Everything closes at 2. Or even earlier.
That's the biggest problem here, i think.
I won't generalize...so:
1. Paladinum (or whatever it called - a nightclub next to Hotel du Rhone, close to Bel Air)
It is a very very fancy place, everybody wears black perfect mini clothes, guys in suit...
It would be OK, if I were not in my JEANS skirt.... :S
Yeah... I know... :(
Fortunetly the guy we were with, he knew the security guys so they let us in...even me in that clothes.... :)))
Well...inside...really.... 16-year-old guys in suit and 45 year old women with mini... hmm..interesting...
The music was techno, or some tuctuc...
The prices..well to be honest, I don't know...I had my Vilmos in my bag... so we drunk that.. I still have the cups... :)
And my bag stills smells!!! :DDD
(I've washed it already 2 times ...)
Actually, despite the circumstances, I really enjoyed that night!!! :)))
2. Santa Cruz
That's a salsa, latino club...
Not bad...
we arrived around 11...nobody was dancing...coctails are for 15 CHF, beer (small) 8 CHF...
No entrance fee... there are TVs on the walls broadcasting Fashion shows, almost naked women...
After a while, the music changes...no more latin...rather some kongo music :)
Funny.
3. Calipso
It is quite out of the city center..without a car...not a good idea...
Typical black club...hip hop or sth like this music...
not bad actually...
I was there when we celebrated my ex-flatmate's birthday...so it was OK, we had our own DJ, our own music... :)
Next time I wil check Lausanne's nightlife. I've heard there are much better places...well... I think, it doesn't matter...just the company :)
4. Geneva plage - BEACH Parties
Yeah... that place reminds me those days when we has the Garden Party in Pécs, in UNIV, in the dormatory...
Really... openair...next to the lake...huge huge party!!!
I've never seen that many people in Geneva at night than there... :)
Of course, it finishes at 2... but...which is bad... they run out of beer even earlier!!!!!
5. Fétes de Généve
It will take place for 02.08 till 12.08...
Geneva festival, or so...
Great concerts every day, till 1...
than on the last day huge huge fireworks!! :)
6. Pre-Fétes de Généve
That's funny... before the real festival we have pre-festival: 19.07-1.08 :)))
Every night concerts... :)))
For example yesterday I went to a Brasilien concert :)))
That was soo great!!!
Ok, the music and the choreography was more likely to an aerobic lesson than a samba course, but it was great!!! :))
From 22 till 23...after DJ...
7. Summer music festival
Every wednsday and friday we have concerts in one of the parc...
Free concerts, and usually there are world famous stars as well...
Ok, ok, people say that this whole free festival thing is from our taxes...well, yes...but under 25 you pay less taxes...so :) for me, it is ok... :)))
I am looking forward to our next challenge in one of the swiss clubs :)))

Flatmates
I decided, I won't be mad or angry or depressive..so I won't have abad feelings becasue of my flatmates...but commmeeooon.....
oh my god...
So, it started in the very beginning..i haven't moved in yet, just brought some stuff to my new room, when i meet them...2 girls... 1 from Egypt, Heba, the other one half serbian half french, Vesna...so Heba's first question: What is your sign?
I am Taurus...
Her reaction:
Taurus??? Oh...nooooo...(but this shouting...) I am Libra, Vesna is Leo....non of them matches with TAurus...so she left me...
WHAT???
VHAT????
How could she?
She didn't even know me....just my sign???
I mean, yeah of course I admit, I am a Taurus, a real one, who likes in the ground, not really creative, and hate and afraid of changes... (yeah, I know.. i always challenge myself with these changes...but still)
Commeoon...
Unbelivable!!!
So, after this conversation, Dolphy visited me, and he lived in my new room, while I was still living in my old room. So first he meet them...
And Heba's first question to him was of course: what is your sign?
And it turned out that this also doesn't match to Taurus...and what's more...Heba wanted to convince Dolphy, that this relationship is bad for him...
Hm...friendship not relationship..but still!!!!
I was freaked out...
Ok, I won't mention those little things, when I should always make the dishes, and SHE can just leave all the salats in the sink...doesn't matter... really...
Now Heba is little bit freakd out, because she is writing her thesis now...
so ok, I understand her.. i would be (will be for sure) angry too...
And yesterday, we had dinner together..ands she started to talk about her life...
That she doesn't know what to do, she doesn't know herself, she would like to cry...
She doesn't like what she is doing...etc.
oo...ok..so now what should I do?
we are now best friends?
What can I say???
ááááááááááááááááááá
So as a good taurus I listened carefully with patience of course.. hihihi
So now everything seems to be ok...
And today she came to me, and said that she is listening the main arab channel, the one that is known as THE terrorist channel in the US. (I don't remember the name of it...)Hmmm...
Now I am a little bit concerned, why did she tell it to me???
She is strange.
Anyway, I am stressed because of her thesis too...the deadline is 6 of August... hope we will survive...
:D

Yes, this is definitly a huge challenge...me...i can hardly install a program...not even mention a webpage developing...wow..interesting...

Now I can also use a, href codes...and some other...but stilll...coomeeeoon...it is far not enough for making a cool hompage....

Come whatever...
This weekend i went to Montreux, to the jazz festival..well..rather no comment. :)
It was not that baad...but....yeah..we were not really in the "party mood"...
Than I went to Zurich...to the Zurifest, which is just in every 3 years... it was so amazing!!!
THe firworks...oh my god...the fireworks and the music was totally together..well composed!!! :)))
Fantastic! :)
Than we hasd a great party...what a pitty, that we couldn't meet Carissa and her boyfriend...i belive, i wrote at least 5 sms, or not even more, but in that crowd it was impossible to find each other :)))
Actually, about ZH I don't know much...I haven't seen a lot, the lake is beatuiful, I've seen of course the main square with all the banks, with UBS, obviously! :)
But that's it...and it is ok like this, it was such a great sunday!
Despite the rain, we went to a gym, to a fitness center, the guys went to the Gym, and I went ot the SAUNA!!!!
Ohh my goood.... :))))
That was soooo great!!!!
I had around 3 hours till my train left, so during this time I was in the Sauna, than have a rest, than to the steambath, than rest again, than sauna, etc...
ooohh....
finally!!! That was the thing that I have been looking for so far...!!! :)))
It was strange in the beginning, that the sauna is separated, and everybody is naked...
I didn't know that...I had my swimming suit with me...everybody starred at me: what is she doing here like this???
I know it is much healthier without anything!
So, it was so great, all the poison went out of my body!!!
Finally!!! :)
Just to remember, that was what we drunk:
Oh, Hungary... :)
Swiss dreams, tomorrow WORK!!! :)

Strange...
Strange feeling...
:(
This blogging stuff is strange...
It can not substitute an email, with huge distribution list...
You know what's up with me..but I don't know what's going on with you...
But I am interested in your life as well...
:(
Strange...
Where is my home?
I am somewhere middle of everywhere, or middle of nowhere?
:(
Whatever...let's go to Montreux and drink, dance, party! :)
Till 4... :)

Icecream wanted...
I have my moments, when only an icecream could help... Well, today is like that.
All my day was a disaster...really...started with an awful morning, when I missed my bus...ok, whatever, let's run for the tram..so I had to run! Than, I realized, that I left at home my badge, and moreover, my notes as well...which would have been needed during my meetings...during the whole way to the company I blamed it on myself, how can I be soooo well-organized?? When will I change??? Will I change ever at all???
F'%(*ck...
But than, suddenly sth happened! :)
When I switched on my computer, I got a massage on jabber! (it is like msn, but at the company, we use that one) I got just a short "guten morgen" from one of my colleges (his voice is just...ooohh....my ears really like his voice...ohhh) anyway, so just this short german greetings with a smiley :)
Unbelivable, that helped!!! :)
My morning from that point started well, I forgot all the problems I had...unbelivable, just a small care...
So we talked a little bit.. in german!!! :D
Than, I was asked to give an interview to a student magazin here in Switzerland about my internship, and about Aiesec.
Actually, this is a great opportunity, and it is also helps/rather forces/ me to think about my internship, to set up or review my goals, what I really want to get out of this 1 year, what I really want to achieve here... So, I am happy that Hubert (my tall ex-flatmate) thought about me. :) The interview will be later, and be published in September. :)
Because of this phone call, I missed a little part of our weekly meeting... again back to reality...back to "how stupid I am?"...
Than I realized, that it was not that big issue...
In the afternoon, my other meeting was canceled...again!!! 3rd times!!!
Unbelivable!
How I supposed to work, if nobody has time for me?
It is unbelivable, I have some suggestions, we have deadline, I should report to a coordinator, but without a high level approval???
Whatever... :(
We will have tomorrow a lunch together, than a 1 hour discussion! :)
Finally, I got 1,5 hour!!! :)
Yes! :)
Ok, be realistic, we will see tomorrow...
So, basicly, my day was not THAT bad, but still, somehow I feel, I am a big piece of nothing, can not achieve anything, can not drive the results, I always fail...
:(
And now, in this moment, only an icecream, or a bottle of wine could help...
Well, I don't have icecream at home, it is raining, don't really want to go out just for an icecream...but the wine... :)

- Can u imagine, every day go to bed at 5, get up at 7:30, go to work, work (with capuccino, at least 4), than go to meet to Dolphy, go to bed at 5... :D
But I enjoyed it soo much!!! :))))
- On Thursday finally I had some time to sleep... :)

Eszti, don't worry, finally I managed to get them :) At the end of July I will go there to meet Eszti there, spend ther 3 days!!! And, the best is, that1 Aug is national holiday in Switzerland, so I have to get just 2 days off!!! :)
- Saturday - moved in finally, clean everything, than went to Bern - city tour, Aiesec party
Pictures are available at imagestation.com :)
actually Bern is not that lively as Geneva...and can u imagine, that the nightlife in -Geneva is better than in Bern???
Just one funny discussion with a local ppl:
- What do you do usually on Friday evening here in Bern? Where should we go out?
- Well, we usually sleep.
Noo, Bern is btw very calm, slow, nice city.
Imagine a small, cute street, with lovely houses, flowers in every window, and than "suddenly" a car turns into this street...this car is an old, big car, driven by a very old, whitehair man...withouth teeth:) That's Bern.
I saw Einsteinhouse, went up to the Tower (MünsterTurm), saw all the funny guides with the bears, the Clock, the house with painted windows, that all was great!!!
Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to the bearditch, where these poor bears are. Ok, actually there was a huge argument, whether to go there or not, whether it's worht seeing it or not.
Finally we get a compromise solution. In 2 years time, they will change the poor bears place, and instead of this awful concrete ditch they will create a nice park for them, with much more green area...so see u guys in 2 years in Bern!!!
Than had a BBQ in a huge park, next to the river. I like the atmosphere there, imagine a huge green field, full with people, everybody set up his own fire, dancing, singing, playing footbal, or just sitting in the grass, enjoying the sun, talking, eating, drinking!!! :))
It was great!!! :))
Then of course PARTY!!! TILL 5!!!! :)))
I went to "bed" (MC office floor) at 5... slept 3 hours than travelled to Interlaken.
Oh, Sunday was a perfect day.
Beautiful weather, sun, visit all the touristic places, Interlaken - typical place for stupid american tourists, the village is full with expensive hotels, extreme sports, etc. And here is the starting point of the historical steamboat, the Lötschberg. We went to Brienz by this boat. From Brienz took the train to Meiringen to visit the Reichenbach Fall. OOOOHHHH my goood....
This place is amazing!!! Stunning!!! :)))
Absolutly gorgeous!!! (of course with the typical british accent...oh, btw, british english...i have to admit sth...later)
So, this waterfall...oh... Btw, Sherlock Holmes died here.
And imagine, I meet 2 Hungarian during the party!!!
I don't know, who can remember, maybe Sanqa, when Tybchee was elected, i think in that NatCo, there was a swiss-hungarian guy in the conference...
I hardly remembered him, but when he told me he was there, I realized..yeas... :)
Szabolcs, but here: "szebi" :DDD
And there is an other guy Berci. :)
And...Szabolcs works in India, he knows Zaharia Gabi!
And what's more, I meet Saab as well!!! :DDDD
Unbeliveable, isn't it???
Actually, it took a little time to bring together, how do we know each other...I thought he is Sid...he thought I am from Szolnok...And I could hardly believe that he was MCVP 2 years ago...
Than in in the party we had a really good time together!!! :)))
Drank a lot!!! :))))
Hope we can repeat it in Zurich this weekend :)
I know I should stop freaking out, when I realize that the world is small...but still...the first sentence I said to Berci when I realized he is Hungarian was: Bazzeg... of course... that was a proof that I am Hungarian as well... :)
Whatever, I talked (wrote) to much again...
Here are some photos...more at imagestation.com or facebook... :)
